Prohibited Conduct:
- Adult/explicit content creation
- Copyright infringement
- Bulk design generation for resale
- Reverse engineering AI models
- Automated script usage

3. Intellectual Property
- Users retain ownership of original designs
- AI-generated designs grant limited commercial license
- Prohibit unauthorized model training
- Design derivatives belong to AI Tattoo

4. Payments & Refunds
- Credits expire after 12 months
- 48-hour refund window for generated designs
- Commercial plans auto-renew monthly
- Chargeback fees apply ($25)
